We waste enormous amount of time trying to understand and agree on how other people want to structure and categorize the data we work on. As a result we try to agree on a common way of doing work.
Over time we adjust to these common rules of naming things and structuring data, and have endless arguments trying to get everyone to follow a system — a system that is bound to fail due to us being merely humans.
We, at Puida, believe that we can solve this by commonly agreeing on what we expect from others and focus on the results, and give everyone a chance to work the way they want to.
